Frank Harmon was running resistance operations before Robert Fannec was born. His freighter, the Dust Runner, has carried refugees, weapons, intelligence, and hope across Confederation space for decades.

He’s lost friends. He’s lost crew. He’s lost count of the close calls. But Frank keeps flying, keeps fighting, keeps believing that someday the work will matter.
