Developed by Danny Huang and his bridge crew aboard The Adequate Response, SOT serves as the delivery system for the three foundational Chaos Tools—Deliberate Error, Productive Misclassification, and Controlled Cascade Collision—translating what was once an ineffable, solitary discipline into a structured, teachable methodology. Where the Tools define what a Janitor does, SOT defines how a Janitor is made.
The program is legally anchored to the Interstellar Service Authority (ISA) through the Custodial Accord of the Infinite Janitorial Lineage, granting graduates the standing to file official incident authorizations and operate under Janitorial exception clauses.
